Baby Mary Jane Socks - July 2012

So, as one project grows off of another, these cute little baby and toddler Mary Jane socks were inspired by purple Mary Jane socks I made for another lady.  Those purple Mary Jane socks from June were inspired from a conversation that built off of some basic knit socks I had on my Facebook page.  What a lineup!

With this project now finished, I needed more supplies!  So I took a trip to the store and stocked up on  blue and gold for the School Pride items and found some yarn for a couple of special orders coming up.  Stay tuned to see what creations are made!

School Pride Summary - June 2012

With all the work I have put into the School Pride Warmth Set components, I figured it was time to share the pictures!  There are many options available that go together.  My personal favorite is the Tones Set (pictured at the bottom).  Each of the pictures here is Bremerton High School's blue and gold school colors (unless otherwise noted) with white (or neutral) trim.  There are two sets, the Bumblebee Set and the Tone Set, to give people plenty of options.

The first design that started it all, Bumblebee stripes!

Here is the Bumblebee Stripes (design 2) with trim.

3-Color Bumblebee Stripes.

Both of these are two different views of the same Two-Toned Scarf.

The original set - Bumblebee (in Purple and Gold for Pecos High School in Pecos, Texas).

Blessings and Peace!

Sunflower Kitchen Set - June 2012

As requested by my sister, I made our aunt a set of pot holders, dish rags, and hanging dish towels.  The dish towels are manufactured with a crocheted top that allows them to hang.  In the second picture you can see there are two towels that do not match the sunflower theme, those have separate significance.  My sister and I are sending the set together so the cats each represent one of us.  On the other one is flowers which my sister likes.

Above is a dish rag up close.

Below you can see there were two hanging pot holders, two drawer pot holders, four dish rags, 5 sunflower dish towels, one flowers dish towel, and one kitty dish towel.  This set was kinda fun to make!  I really hope our aunt enjoys them!

Peace and Blessings!
